I just had to double check and make sure that I'm not supporting the wrong candidate here. Especially since I'm going to the Van Andel Arena in two days to go see him at a rally here in Grand Rapids.
Yeah. Uber pumped. So's Liz.
Sweetness.
Well, I'll talk to you all later. It's time for beddy-bye, since I gotta work in the morning.
Love and peace (but not necessarily in that order),

Before you go check the facts and listen to him after you know what's going on;

Winghunter,
Thanks for your post. Have you taken the quiz? I'm curious to find the results from your answers. =)
I find many of the facts on that blog extremely interesting and am intending to do some research tonight from (at least) a few hundred sources. Maybe I'll even ask him in person if there is time for personal questions. However, I have a difficult time accepting an Op-Ed from the WSJ to be indicative of political facts in any way, shape, or form... (http://online.wsj.com/article/SB120864685698828937.html?mod=opinion_journal_political_diary).
It would seem that your opinions must lie on the right side of the political "divide" while mine veer more toward the left. While we may never agree on which specific candidate to endorse, I think perhaps a more engaging discussion may be regarding the issues and the priority we give them. After all, this country needs much less division and a great deal more of unity.
Thanks for wasting your time at my blog. =P I hope to goodness you have better ways to spend your time than to read my lengthy (and boring) response.
Peace.
Happy to see that I beat Hillary, anyway. :)
Alan,
I won't lie... I had never heard of you before.
Looks like I have more research to do.
Thanks for coming to my blog. It's the personal touches like that which win votes. ;)
Best wishes.
Too bad Theoretical Ideal Candidate's not running. He'd be the perfect guy for the job.
Not Stephen Colbert, though... bummer.
Yeah, the 0% for Stephen Colbert threw me for a loop. I think the survey was flawed, because that man is brilliant in his own special way. Perhaps the quiz just doesn't understand his unique sense of sarcasm.
Personally, I think he and Obama would make a great team and knock the socks off those old scallawags in DC!
Colbama '08! ;)
